It's always fun when you get a spoonful of peanut butter because you're under your calories . . .and then end up over your calories.

Thanks for answering! I'm just under your SW now and, well, I like to compare

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh. thank you.

Please explain to a non-lifter why deadlift socks are a thing? Is it because of the compression? Everyone's socks are lovely I just want to know why.

Great job! How tall are you?

Daily, if you count the day or two that I stick to walking

Calorie deficit, because you can't spot reduce. Good luck!
-
How long have you been stuck? Stalls happen and if you haven't experienced one yet, you're lucky! If you do everything right, results will follow. I'm at the point where I'm starting to feel like every pound is a struggle so I understand.

Are you judging my judgmental thread about the non-judgmental thread??? What would be the blowback? The people who disagree with me might dislike me. The people who don't log their binges would stick their heads in the sand to avoid my point. The people who don't log their creamer might feel judged (I'm not! I swear!). The…

I felt completely fine for a couple of months of undereating. Then I started feeling exhausted, crabby, nails started breaking, skin and hair were drier. So you can continue feeling fine while you lose muscle along with that fat. I don't know what exercises you do but you should get an accurate assessment of your calorie…

1. Eat more food. I am certain that you are not properly fueling your body. Go with MFP's recommendation. ESPECIALLY since you're going to be cutting muscle along with fat at that level. A less-aggressive goal would work best for you. How are you going to fuel your workouts on 1440? I am a smaller female and I have a hard…

Are we sure kleenex doesn't have calories? I mean, I can't imagine it occurred to them to analyze the nutritional information, but softened processed wood pulp can't be 100% calorie free.

It's terrible. I'm too lazy to sign up at Spark to see what they've got. The other day I made pancakes. Aunt Maple's buttermilk pancake mix and 1% milk. My two results were maple candy and cream of wheat made with 1% milk MFP are you kidding me

I love how Kim Kardashian took something that was basically an urban legend and made it mainstream. I live in Florida. It's too hot for that nonsense here.

Constant grazing and drinking my calories got me to where I am today. It was so dumb, I never realized how much I was eating. I even had my thyroid/blood sugar tested. I had a job that was constantly active and I volunteered at a park and food bank and I didn't understand why I was fat because I never ate a whole pizza/bag…

When you have PMS/your period, you have hormones making you hungrier than usual, as well as bloat/water weight. Don't beat yourself up because you'll be back on track in a few days. Congrats on your loss so far! Besides, loss isn't linear. I swear I go up a pound the day after I hit a new low. The human body is unruly.

Wow, this blew up while I was away. I totally did not consider the ED perspective. That's not my struggle and I didn't consider that someone could be triggered by seeing the red. And I appreciate @ShannonMpls and the others who said they don't do it because it wouldn't be sustainable. @tincanonastring, I swear I wasn't sly…

I agree that I don't love calisthenics, but I don't hate it either. If that poster simply dislikes exercise or logging, well, I get it. But hating it suggests that they need to find something better for them.
-
Yeah, because OP is just as guilty of fudging 20-30 calories a day in spices and cooking spray! But @jsurita, like @ana3067 says, you're doing it wrong if you're too hungry or hating exercise. Try out new workouts/machines/sports until you find something you love or that gives you results. And then eat at least half of…
-
No I get the tiny things, but there were a lot of people in that thread describing eating large amounts of food and not logging them. I think I would sooner do a few minutes of unlogged exercise than log my cinnamon and cooking spray. Judge away!
-
I eat back half. Hasn't slowed my weight loss down.
-
Sedentary, eat back at least half of your exercise calories.
-
Yup. I believe the only time you should comment on a friend's diary is if you see them use an entry that is incorrect. Most of my friends don't talk about their personal lives and for all I know, they were eating out of a vending machine in a hospital waiting room. Plus Doritos will get you your fat macro, right?

I buy La Banderita whole wheat on the rare occasions that I don't get plain. 130 calories for a pretty big one.

Last night it was close to midnight and I was under 1200 but not hungry, so I ate a big spoonful of peanut butter. Then I was hungry an hour later.

I once saw ninerbuff suggest not moving around until your calf muscles atrophy. He seemed to believe this was the only way. I'm with you.

Sorry he's not supportive. But well done for not starting in on them! Throw them away. I don't blame you for not putting them in the freezer if you don't feel like you could moderate them right now.
