i get to the gym for cardio and weights 2 times/week. But my desk job doesn't involve any moving around. Does anyone know what I should set my activity level to?

Sedentary, eat back at least half of your exercise calories.

Lightly active while eating back at least half the calories and if you lose slower than expected, lower it to sedentary (most people are not truly sedentary even if they think they are).

The activity level should be set based on the stuff you do other than exercise. If you sit at a desk all day, then sedentary. If you walk around picking up trash all day, then lightly active. If you spend your day swinging a hammer, then active. For most people, it should be sedentary.
