Do you eat back exercise calories?

I usually don't because I want a bigger calorie deficit for the day, but if I'm feeling really hungry or craving a snack I do allow myself to eat back my exercise calories (today I allowed myself an extra granola bar, because I earned it
).

I eat back half. Hasn't slowed my weight loss down.0

Typically not unless I have done a long run (10+miles) and then I will. No reason other than I have planned my meals and snacks accordingly. I may on some days eat a like a 100 calories of them but that is about it.0

No, but that is because I follow IIFYM, and I eat the same amount of calories every day and my numbers are based on my hypothetical gym times.0

When I did the MFP method for a few months, yes. 75-100% of them.
I do TDEE method so I do not eat them back.
This isn't jsut about weight loss for me, this is about being sane and fueling my body for my workouts.0
