Mine too. My jacket sleeves grew so much I had to roll them up the other day.

This. I don't keep triggers or snacks in the house. I drink a nice hot cup of green tea when I start craving at night. By the time my tea is gone, I've forgotten what I was craving in the first place. :)

I skated for an hour today though I really wanted to sit on my butt and veg out. TV still hasn't been turned on today and I didn't go over on calories!

Hello. I am looking for an accountability partner who will keep me on track. I will in turn, keep you motivated and focused on your goals. I have lost 70+ lbs and have another 60lbs to go. Feel free to add me!

Mom of three 6, 8 and 11 plus dogs :) We stay busy with sports, work and afterschool activities. I've been giving myself an hour a day to work on myself. This includes warm up, work out and cool down after. Looking for friends for motivation and support. Feel free to add me.

I use Bento boxes as well. Here's a couple of things I throw in there. A poached egg in a lettuce cup with steamed asparagus and a little parmesan sprinkle on top Ground turkey mixed with scallions, red, green yellow peppers, sautéed in pan with smashed garlic, salt/pepper and sriracha. Place under a bed of lettuce or…

Same here. Some of my friends have tried to eat better and make better choices, but they get irritated and stop. Then, of course it is my fault. How?? Not sure. Guess it's time to make new friends ;)

Chips n dip. I love me some homemade guac and corn tortilla chips. I'm also a chocoholic. Chocolate ice cream, yes please.

Have you tried setting aside a day to meal prep for the week? I've done this with huge success. Just plan out what meals you want to eat and grill/steam/bake everything the same day, then put them in individual containers for the week. Just throw in the freezer until you are ready to eat it. Bento box containers work…

I do this too. I also marinate with Worcestershire or lemon juice and sometimes mix the meat with minced onions and carrots.

You can't spot reduce, but these will help tone you up as you lose weight. Burpees, Chair dips, tricep kick backs, arm curls, overheads tricep extensions, scarecrows, push ups, pull ups. Free weights and heavy lifting.

Bake it and shred it with a fork. Toss with some basil pesto and pan roasted almonds and fresh basil leaves.

I'm a skater :) K2 inlines are a good intermediate skate. I believe they are a UK based brand, so you shouldbe able to find those pretty easily. When you first start skating, keep your legs straight to prevent pronating (bending ankles inwards). Also, check out some youtube vids about posture and basic techniques. Core…

Me 8* LNS 2 Streak 6 *Eat more protein at dinner meal. Carbs in the morning to keep full until last meal of the day.

I've been here before. I can say this though, craving sweets is usually a sign of a vitamin deficiency. Up your magnesium, chromium and zinc intake. This might help you with those sweet cravings.

You could also spend that time working on your arms. Add free weights and do some scarecrows, triceps extentions, seated press ups, arm curls or arm circles. :) Good luck

My advice to you would be take a break from exercises and focus on diet while your knee is healing. Use the RICE method until the dr says you can move it again. I tore my meniscus earlier this year overdoing it on exercise. It sucks, I was immobile for 2-3 weeks before I was allowed to do heel slides and isotope extensions…

I started messing around with these about 6 months ago. Was also looking for low carb breakfasts. I have put everything from zucchini to leeks, to broccoli, to spinach, to seaweed to kimchi in here and they all taste great!! I've also topped these with salsa and cottage cheese for a protein boost. Just pulse the raw…

I believe it is around 280cal. for the whole thing.

I've lost the equivalent of a large deep sea boat anchor; OR 2 Tanks full of helium (approx. 75lbs) OR a small female Doberman (75+ lbs) OR this Huge A** fish! Woot! Only 50ish more to go.. maybe :)

I hate traditional exercise too. I mix it up a lot though so I have fun and most of the time I don't even realize I'm working out. I roller skate, swim, dance, zumba, go hiking, take the dog for a walk, in addition to regular workouts. I still have little ones, so we go to the park and I play tag or hide n seek with them.…

I have 12-20 (16-20 are mostly old jeans and gym clothes I haven't gotten rid of yet) and one pair of 22's I'm saving to remind me when I NEVER want to be again.

I weigh myself once a month. I take measurements of my body once a week to track my progress. I find that if I weigh myself all the time, I get discouraged, so I just stopped weighing and started looking at how my body is changing :) Plus, weighing once a month is more rewarding for me to see 8-10 lbs lost instead of a few…

Rarely anyone asks for tips, they kind of expect it as a service paid. Shuttles usually a $1.00 a bag, unless it is heavy or cumbersome, then I'll tip $2.00 a bag. As a rule of thumb I tip 20% to cab (taxi) drivers and waiter (waitress) at restaurants. Concierge or doormen at the hotel usually just hand them a $5.00 or so,…
