    Pizza and Ben and Jerry's is my downfall :( but it's OK to treat yourself every once in a. While! Plus pizza is great for pre leg day workout!

    Anything chocolate. I just can not resist chocolate. I don't go out of my way as such to buy it, but if it's around or someone brings some into work I just can not keep myself away! I know i'm addicted to sugar but I just struggle to curb my cravings :( it's frustrating

    My one true vice is Doritos. I am unable to just open a bag, poor out a controlled portion, eat it and be satisfied. I MUST EAT ENTIRE BAG. Therefore I simply do not buy them cause I know I can't control myself :s

    Freakin' sugar. Anything sweet is my downfall. I have BED, and am not triggered by anything other than sweets! Brownies, cookies, cake, ice cream, candy (Reese's are the worst/best), peanut butter if I can't find anything sweeter. Sugar and I are not friends.

    Peanut butter, licquorice, Swedish Glace iced dessert, chocolate, veggie apple strudel and veggie gummy sweets (no trouble staying away from anything with gelatine in it, e.g. most Haribo, since I looked up what gelatine's made from - yuk) Saw on YouTube someone put a jar of Nutella on their car dashboard and drove around on a sunny day, it turned into what looked like 80 per cent oil.

    High carbs or high sugar and I am in trouble. Biscuits and gravy, Chips and Salsa, pasta (of any kind), cake, ice cream, pie, mashed potatoes and Coke (ohhhh how I love coke!).

    I am finding ways to still include these things, but I have cut down a lot. I have also completely stopped drinking coke and stopped making mashed potatoes, they were just too hard to control when available. For me, a life without a sweet treat to end the day is just not a life I could live. But now, instead of a pint of Ben & Jerry's it is about 75-100 grams of Edy's 1/2 the fat ice cream. I still eat my pasta, potatoes and bread. I just don't eat them at every meal and I have become a strict weigher of the foods that I am tempted with.
