  • You should definately eat something when you're done. Preferably some protein to start repairing muscle you've worked. I typically have a cup of coffee to wake me up and half a banana beforehand then breakfast (eggs or protein shake) afterwards :smile:
  • Great job @Northern37! I have never been a morning person but when I came home to my family after work I found it was hard to get my workout in. I now wake and get it done by 6:30 on work days. It's helped incredibly! I've grown to love my "me" time while the house is still sleeping
  • That's just great news @venuila!! It really does make you think and appreciate your meals better I thought when I did the 3DQF. I lost only 2lbs but 4! Wonderful! :smiley:

  • My friend ordered the 21DF extreme by mistake so I gave her my 21DF and she gave me her extreme. I like the challenge, but lower fix was really tough this morning! I do like how she does drop sets and adds in the resistance band though :smiley:

Weight - 8.6 lbs Waist - 1.75 inches Hips - 3 inches Chest (under tatas) - 1 inch Thighs - 1 inch Calf - .75 inch Bicep (unflexed) - .75 inch No alcohol, no cheats but had one slim piece of husbands bday cake on 4/22.   • @blantondwb Good for you! Small changes are great when starting a new eating/workout regimen. You did the smart thing and just did the best you can. As long as you keep moving and make small changes in your diet you will feel stronger and feel better!
  • I'm on Day 10 also - did lower fix this morning and was feeling a little ambitious so I thought I'd try 10 min ab fix. That was insane! Wow, I had a real difficult time keeping up!
  • Thank you for this post on Almond milk. I have just used water in my Shakeology since starting last week for fear of losing one of those precious yellows! This morning's Shakeology was soooo much better with a cup of unsweetened Almond milk!
