Hey!! Its pretty easy to add people, if you're on a mobile app just click on the name of the person you want to add and a little icon will appear on the right hand side of a person with a + sign... or on the desktop version just click on a name and the new page will have a "add as friend" button

i love it.... very wise words... we are after all the ones that got ourselves into this situation therefore we are the ones to get ourselves out of this situation... but we can all have a little help and encouragement from our MFP friends :smiley:

Hey, I have a misfit flash which is great tracking cardio as you can place it on your shoe for spinning/running/elliptical BUT I find that when I do combat boxing/Muay Thai it doesn't always track. The same goes for strength training it doesn't really register movement. You may want to invest in one with a HRM to track…

Exactly my thoughts... You are the only one that can motivate yourself to work out... Nobody knows who you are at the gym so don't worry about what they think... if anything they will be thinking good on you for being there...

On Friday I completed day 10 level 1... had the weekend off... was meant to do day 1 level 2 yesterday morning but had unexpected visitors and couldn't squeeze it in... then over slept today (oops)... I will get back on track tomorrow... I promise myself that

What makes you so stressed/miserable? Thats what you need to change... The happier in life you are the easier it is to make changes.... Don't think of it as a "diet" thats your first mistake, its a lifestyle... Shake it up a little bit.

Hey, So i have baked the lemon and blueberry greek yogurt cheesecake off of the website, it smells and looks amazing but i have to let it chill for a few hours... fingers crossed it tastes as good as it looks :smile:

Really wasn't in the mood this morning but I did complete day 8 level 1... I think I'm bored of level 1 now... just 2 more to get through and then I can move on to level 2, yay!!!

I really want to do the Strong Lift 5x5 but I don't know where to begin (I'm scared). I think also because I can feel a bit intimidated by all the guys in the weights section and little me trying to nudge my way in. Argh!!!
