    I did monday to friday but kids (4boys) are home so I wont be doing exercise over the weekend as im pretty busy with them playing going out ect. So I will do 5 days level 1 then two rest days tthen lanother 5 days level one then rest then level 2 hope I will get the same results food luck everyone

    Am I too late? Can I start today 5/18? Maybe if I do this continuously through the next 14 days I can catch up. I am not planning on using this to lose weight but want to get started on strengthening my core which I need for running. Doing it with a very motivational group will be useful.

    Really wasn't in the mood this morning but I did complete day 8 level 1... I think I'm bored of level 1 now... just 2 more to get through and then I can move on to level 2, yay!!!

    On Friday I completed day 10 level 1... had the weekend off... was meant to do day 1 level 2 yesterday morning but had unexpected visitors and couldn't squeeze it in... then over slept today (oops)... I will get back on track tomorrow... I promise myself that
