I did monday to friday but kids (4boys) are home so I wont be doing exercise over the weekend as im pretty busy with them playing going out ect. So I will do 5 days level 1 then two rest days tthen lanother 5 days level one then rest then level 2 hope I will get the same results food luck everyone0

Am I too late? Can I start today 5/18? Maybe if I do this continuously through the next 14 days I can catch up. I am not planning on using this to lose weight but want to get started on strengthening my core which I need for running. Doing it with a very motivational group will be useful.0

I'm only doing the program Monday to Friday, so I'm sure we'll all get there in the end.

Really wasn't in the mood this morning but I did complete day 8 level 1... I think I'm bored of level 1 now... just 2 more to get through and then I can move on to level 2, yay!!!0

On Friday I completed day 10 level 1... had the weekend off... was meant to do day 1 level 2 yesterday morning but had unexpected visitors and couldn't squeeze it in... then over slept today (oops)... I will get back on track tomorrow... I promise myself that0
