22lbs lost... 9 to go!

I've always been kind of 'soft' even as a kid, so I've never actually experienced what it's like to be fit and trim. I remember stepping on the scale when I was in grade 11 (2010) and seeing 128lbs. I thought nothing of it and I'm pretty sure I immediately went and ate a burger after seeing it. At 5'5" that was perfectly okay.
Fast forward to university a couple years later... booze, late night pizza, unlimited mealhall food... I could tell I gained weight. I remember on St. Patricks day I had this tight green tank top on and I felt so incredibly self-conscious that I had to change into a big baggy one later on that night. At last-class bash, I drunkenly borrowed my friends tight blue dress, and once the morning came and I logged on facebook I was really discouraged with what I saw.
This picture was the turning point for me. I went home for the summer and reluctantly weighed myself... 151lbs. I always wanted to be 120lbs, so at that point it was really daunting. I worked my butt off that summer and lost probably 10lbs, but once I got back to school, my dieting kind of spiraled out of control and became disordered and very restrictive. I would yo-yo around 140-145 for like a year and a half because my crazy crash diets obviously weren't sustainable.
Eventually I stopped that foolishness and learned to become much more forgiving and less strict. I've stopped following a 'diet' for the first time in years and just ate as healthy as I could without cutting anything out, and last week I finally hit 129lbs!! I have 9 more to go but I've finally found a great balance with Blogilates calendars and meal-planning so I'm extremely confident that I'll reach my goal.

Thanks! I think I do. I'm pretty flexible with the scale but I've still got some problem areas like my hips, arms and a bit on my tummy.0 -
