I loved it. The first week was very hard, but keep going. I did my first 5K on July 4th last year (right about 9 weeks into C25K) and then did 5 more race last year.

^This I always ate both Pop Tarts until I started counting calories and realized that one serving was one Pop Tart. Now I only have one as a rare treat.

I was 239 lb when I started C25K. I did not have any problems with my knees.

New Glarus in Wisconsin makes some nice sour beers (a Berliner weisse and a sour brown). I grew up in Michigan so Bells is close to my heart. I like their Two Hearted Ale and Hopslam. If you like big stout beers Bells Expedition Stout is always good.

Guinness. It has fewer calories than a Budweiser or Miller.

I have the Fitbit Charge. It is a pedometer - it won't work with biking. I also have a Polar HRM that I wear when biking or running.

Hopslam or Two Hearted Ale by Bells Brewery in Michigan. I also like the sour beers (Berliner Weiss or Enigma) that New Glarus makes from Wisconsin

I grew up in Battle Creek, but now live in Wis. We have a cabin in the UP.
