Hi...I'm new to this forum and pretty much love it. I started my weight loss journey last July and I'm down 15 lbs. My starting weight was 219 and I'm now 207. My goal weight is 160. What are your numbers and goal weight

Goal weight 115 when I take my end of month average. This is actually my "just to see if I can do it" weight. I hate the lack of calories I'm burning now during exercise so really don't care if I lose more.0 -
