Also - this current round is dealing w slight regain that occurred last year after injuries, after a larger loss in 2010 (178-->124, maintained that for years) and a smaller one in 2005 (198-->178; all I did for that one was move to a city that had good non-car-related transport options). 2005-2010 involved a fair bit of bouncing around between high 170s and ~150.0
