I ordered some dresses online in a size 12, hoping that while they would be tight, I would be able to comfortably wear them in a month or so...... turns out they all fit wonderfully right now! (and two will most likely too big by the New Year!)

Love pumpkin! I add Libby's pure pumpkin to my chili to thicken it, sweeten it and add fiber to the recipe.

I love sauerkraut. I usually cook it with a pork roast in the crock pot.

I started Week 3 Day 1 yesterday and while it almost killed me, I pushed through and…

I own DVC so we go at least twice a year. We have a full kitchen so we always have breakfast in the room and try to have at least lunch or dinner there as well. We always pack snacks in a backpack for the day as well. For myself I pack beef jerky, nuts, and an avocado. As for meals, we tend to eat table service but here…

C25K maybe too challenging for someone who has never worked out and/or not use to running. You could download the app or one similar and cut the run times in half allowing yourself to work up to them without it feeling like you are going to drop dead. Because if you overdo it, you will not want to continue. Start small and…
