Same here dimasj i started new years day and have only lost 8lb and keep bouncing within the same 2lb. But i think it will take time to come off, just stick at it. Somhow it will not show the rest of my problem lol. Calories 1200-1500. Iv 2 kids and work so walk on breaks and cross trainer at home when kids are not under my feet. Iv introduced veggies although im a sucker for energy drinks and chocolate but within my goal. Drink lots of water x

Im having the same trouble. If anyonr can help me to please. Im 5"2".. 24 years old at 224lb. I eat around 1200-1500 and cant get below 16 stone. If i dont exercise i at least walk on my breaks

Wow great work. Im only one month in lost 7lb so far aiming for 7lb a month on 1200-1500 calories a day. I have mad cravings for chocolate so if i cant beat it ill have a small bit in my calorie count for the day. Hey congratulations! Can i ask how many calories you have set yourself, did you exercise and how long it took. I would love these results in 5.2 feet and need to lose 50-70lb and have only lost 7lb in 25 days eating 1200 a day and exercising 2 times a week ☺
