  • I've spent most of the morning googling and watching you tube videos on IF. It's an interesting concept which I'm going to try out, I dont tend to eat late at night anyway and dont have breakfast till after 10 so dont think it will be a difficult adjustment for me.... watch this space

  • I don't get why mine just stopped syncing nothing changed. Im over it now just logging my exercises manually on mfp.
  • I've been having the same issue it's really frustrating. Need to disconnect and reconnect devices it has been fine up until the beginning of last week!!!
  • Mfp target is 1200. Diet chef daily meals are generally less than that as you make up the extra with fruit and veg etc. You can scan the bar code for all the meals. I'm trying not to eat back my calories if possible however there as days when I am more active and get tired and need and extra boost so I may eat between 1200…
  • Hip hop abs is great for beginners and fun to do, my coordination wasn't great on the first day but I soon got there :-)

  • These are very good points and I totally agree. I say I'm not dieting I'm changing to a healthier lifestyle. My starting goal is 10k steps a day and a loss of at least 2 lb a week. You are not alone you have all of us here to talk to and vent when needed :-) good luck and keep going.
  • Change up your exercise routine to shock your body, push through the plateau and remember to drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep.

  • I love shaun t I have T25 for focus hard core exercise and hip hop abs and rocking body for a more fun workout. Hope to build up to insanity and insanity max 30. I also use YouTube when I want a change in routine/exercise.

  • I know it's only 25 minutes but some days I struggle to fit that in, work full time and coach 3-4 nights a week. Do you think the time of day matters when exercising? Surely doing 2-3 times a week is better than nothing at all? Tho results won't be the same???
