Intermittent Fasting?

I've heard this a lot lately. How does it work? Does it speed up weight loss?

    I recently heard about this and decided to give it a try during the 2 weeks. I started fasting 12 to 16 hours on my nights off from work. Very doubtful at first that this would work but I've stuck with it and battled my "stress-related food cravings." So far 8 lbs lost in 15 days. According to Mayo Clinic, fasting helps trigger more burning of fat stores. Try it, good luck! Wishing you the best,

    I've spent most of the morning googling and watching you tube videos on IF. It's an interesting concept which I'm going to try out, I dont tend to eat late at night anyway and dont have breakfast till after 10 so dont think it will be a difficult adjustment for me.... watch this space
