Do you have your settings set at 2lbs/week? Like Corkline said, go to "My Home", "Goals", choose "Custom" and then put your calorie goal into the spot up top.

No, it isn't private. The title says "Members Only" because she wanted people with ADD/ADHD to respond. I don't have it but I am married to a man who has ADHD, non-medicated. I don't like who he is on the medication. I'd much rather deal with who he is than with who the medication makes him.

Fage 2% with honey is the best one but if it's not on sale I can cope with Chobani in honey or vanilla. My mix-ins are granola and chocolate chips with either raspberries or blackberries.

I'd leave your activity at sedentary and not count the shop work. It's like me working a desk job and counting the trips to the printer 3 yards away - even if I make that trip 20 times in a day, I'm not going to count it because it doesn't get my HR up.

Stop weighing multiple times per day. The once or twice a week is better because it shows an overall trend. Plain greek yogurt tastes similar to sour cream. If you'd be willing to sub sour cream for mayo then use the greek yogurt. I'd do it because I love greek yogurt. Hummus has its own unique flavor that takes some getting used to (in my mind). I wouldn't but if you like it then use that.

Great post SHBoss. I know my scale lies to me. Sometimes I love its little white lies and sometimes I hate them but mostly I'm just amused. 7lbs down in a whole week? WOOHOO!
