That is a great goal!! Mine is linked to my fitness. If I reach my weight goal in 6 months I should be in good enough shape to do a 3 hour mountain bike ride. I love a tough challenge.

Yup. Totally did that. Lost 65 lbs 4 years ago. Got back to MFP and exercising on July 10th. Of this years. Lost 20. It’s hard to get excited though about getting back to where I was. So I’ve stalled a bit.

Horrified?! I know the feeling! I started back in September and realized that I didn't just look awful with 60 extra lbs on me, but I couldn't do think things I love anymore namely mountain biking and hiking. I've lost about 40 lbs since then. I'm still at it! Add me if you're looking for encouragement.

Good luck! I've already lost 40 lbs of 60. i gave myself until May 1, 2015. So it's going well! You may be eating too little. Don't starve yourself. That's not a good plan. I would suggest you go to a nutritionist. She gave me a simple plan of eating more lean protein and more fiber. I workout 90 a day 6x a week and eat…
