    Hi Deb,
    Kerry here. Also in the UK. I praise your trying and feel you have come to the right place. I'm in notts and have gone.the weight loss journey alone and lost 2 stone but am back as I've got lazy and complacent and need thatvkick up the bum to help me along. I put on a stone but challenged myself to the Silverstone half marathon in March so I've serious couch potato to fitness freak work to do. Please accept this plea for a friend to add to your motivation list
