The most important thing for me to realize is it’s okay to feel Hungry. If you know you have consumed enough calories to support your activity level it’s mental hunger and not physical. I have a list of busy work if I start having mental hunger I try to work off that list. It usually occupies my mind so the Hunger passes

We rescued The kitten from a Starbucks dumpster someone had threw him in there in a box. No intentions on keeping the little kitten was trying to rehome. Then he became best friends with the dog.

I found that small changes at a time work the best for me. For instance to stop soda no other changes to diet except no soda after I had a couple weeks of success I have tried no bread at dinner .. Etc .... same with excercise small increases at a time. Feel free to add me and wishing you all the best

I am starting again as well decided I am going to do things a little different this time. Instead of keeping track of lbs I am going to track my good days of healthy eating and moderate exercise.
