Hi, I'm new here.
I started working out last month at weight 290 lbs (yikes I know...) Today I am 276 lbs. Slow but progress!!
I'm looking for supportive friends!
I started lifting weights and went on a low carb diet.
I have hypothyroidism, last year my tsh lvl was 439, I have it down to 8 now! I also have arthritis haha.
Im still in my 20s and would like to have children in the future... But I want to be healthy before I bring a child into the world.
So thats me..
Edit: Actually I started working out in March haha... Where does the time go!
