  • I agree... every Monday, I spend every other commercial doing some kind of exercise. Leg lifts, squats, crunches, or 4 mins of yoga. I feel so accomplished at the end of that show each week.
  • Don't forget the all-important measurements. For the times when I don't see the scale move, I remember that my shirts are getting looser and my pants are actually BAGGY!   • If the tea you are using has caloric information on the container (some do), you can manually add the calories for that. Otherwise, I agree with most of the group here, if you are not adding anything else to it (milk, sugar, sweeteners, ect..); don't bother. Count it as water. Don't sweat the small stuff.
