Eh...Yes? And kind of no, depending on how you're looking at it? I'm over on fat for today. I had greek yoghurt with blueberries and walnuts for lunch and went a little overboard with the nuts. Calorie wise I'm good, and I'm not super observant when it comes to macros, but still over by 13.

5'1" here and yes! I mean, I have my weight-loss to 0.25 kg a week, because anything more and I'm down to 1200 calories. Now I up that by adding exercise, but eating back calories and calories burned from working out is a complicated mess.

How intense do you play? It's all about heart rate, you know.

About once a month I make a lasagne and a pie, using whatever I have on hand and saving the recipe as I go. Then I cut them up in portions and put them in the freezer. Take one out and put it in the fridge before I go to bed and then warm it up in the microwave at work.

Yes! Boiled egg is my go to morning snack, because one is enough to last until lunch.

Meh...Personally I've always logged fruit and berries, because it does contain a bit calories, but mostly to keep a record of what I've eaten and usually I don't weigh it. As an example the pie I had for lunch today the zucchini, Spinach, and Tomato in it contain around 50 calories, nothing compared to the egg, flour, and…

For days like those I look at what I ate on a good day and just copy it.

Female 5'1" 120 TDEE 1740 (at maintenance, I eat up to that number although never less then 1500) BF...um...I have no idea. Not even sure how to measure it. I'm training to run a half marathon in 3 months, so running mostly 2-3 times a week and jogging/walking in between that.

Have they been promoted by Dr. Oz? I only eat beans that have been recomended by the good doctor.

Eh...most of those studies are horribly flawed, I don't have links on hand, but I'll give a look ans see what I find.

Go to the communities around 5:2, do some reading and try it out for a few weeks, try it out and find out if it's for you. If it is great! If not there is no shame in trying something else. Personally, I tried it for a week and it just wasn't for me, I don't deal well with being hungry (and my blood sugar fluctuated like…

I'm doing it a little differently. I've got my calorie goal set to maintenance and don't eat above that, but depending on the day I eat everything from 400 under to maintenance, if I eat back exercise calories depends on if I'm hungry after exercising.

My biggest change is that I've stopped grazing. I have 4-5 'meals' a day, and that is what I eat instead of snacking all day. Because it turns out that eating a little all the time adds up the calories.

I'm not going to lie, there is no dust in my eyes. I'm crying a little because you are awesome and have worked so hard.

For me, these extreme programs are just so much outside my reality that I can't relate. I becomes shaming, and not trying to help and understand how people end up in these situation.

I read the article and immediately started to blame the Muslims for making me fat.
-
Thing is, what it says in the headline, and even the ingress have close to nothing to do with the article itself. The article is idiotic and basically comes down to don't count calories, but be aware of how many calories you eat. Just, you know, don't *count* calories.

Juice. I drank it because it was 'healthy', but have realized it's just drinking my calories and the minimal nutrition can be found better other places.

Someone might have brought this up before, but what about talking to him about the foods you are struggling with? You know, like an adult.

Going down made me concider just jumping throwing myself down, because me legs hurt that bad with every step. I'm going to do it again, but I'll be prepared. I was shocked at how much snow there was, so maybe wait a month or so for it to clear up.

Some types of cheeses, that are basically just fat and sugar. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-21141244

When I was 18-24 I lived in a one room apartment that didn't have a working freezer or oven. In addition it was in the middle of town with take away options all around. So I ate to much. When I moved to somewhere with a kitchen those bad habits stayed with me for another 4 years before I started cooking food and eating…

I went on a short walk (around 5km) that turned into a long walk ( closer to 15 km up a mountain) today and the last hour I wanted to die. Since I thought it was going to be a short run I only brought my keys and my phone, so by the 3/4 mark I was so tired, cold, hungry, and thirsty. The last km was a real struggle. For…

Go to a specialist, your general practitioner is not going to have the same level of knowledge about newer medicines and be able to answer your questions the same way a specialist is going to be able to.
