My posting isn't the best but I'm eating right and tracking consistently. Have not missed a workout yet. Had a great quick ski day on Wednesday. Bus up and back (3 hours each way) 7 hours of slope time. Skied about 5 hours of it. I've backed off on any lower body work -- no squats or lunges-- to save my legs for skiing.…

Yesterday was another great day. Being on skis in the sunshine does a great thing for your soul! Today was walking, stretching, and upper body work out. Tracked and under calories both days.

Skiing @ Holiday Valley in western NY. All day. That is a huge NSV when I can out last the younger people in our group. Tracked and under calories. Packed breakfast and lunch. No apres ski partying. I am leaving that part of the day for others.

I have been quiet on the thread, but I am still hanging tough with exercise, tracking and calories. This weekend has been a challenge with bitter cold temperatures, ice storm, and the worst, 8 hour power outage yesterday. Another one today. Faulty transformer in our neighborhood.

Long 10 hour travel day. Daughter is now in the subleased condo and ready for new engineering co-op. If it wasn't for this challenge I wouldn't have exercised but I did a calisthenics series in the morning and some indoor cycling tonight. Tracked and calories are fine

Hats off to those in the December circle. Good day 1 of 2018 for me. Cross country skiing (6 F. I didn't want to know the wind chill, but it was blowing!). Family brunch at SiL to send off those returning to outside the US. Made a french toast casserole with egg substitute and fat free milk. No butter. It was a hit. No one…

Our party got canceled. Host and others down with the flu. Thought it would be a pass day but turns out three yesses. Cross country skiing again this morning. A lot different conditions. Deep fresh snow. Happy new year everyone!!

Yesx3. Strong cross country skiing. Couple of good hills. Fortunately no adventures like @bocasdelbadbob . I've been skiing by myself because my husband still isn't quite ready. But I try to stay in cell range. It made it out of single digits to 12F today!

Three yesses with back to a good routine. We would have a riot at my house if I got rid of the treats. Today was my first day in the office and I took the chocolate caramel peanuts that were a gift to me from a customer to the plant lunch room. So maybe I was an enabler. :#

Welcome to the new people and lots of familiar members. I've been in the group for the last 5 or 6 months. My BMI and weight are where I want to be after a lifelong weight struggle. MFP challenges are a big factor in maintaining my healthy weight. This group is great because it focuses on doing the basics .
