I totally relate to your struggle. I tend to use food to comfort me. What has helped me is to talk about my feelings aloud or to journal. I also believe adding MFP friends has helped tremendously. Feel free to add me.:)

The last two weeks I've walked to and from the train station instead of waiting for the free bus. Each way is about a 15 minute walk.

Yesterday I went to Macy's on my lunch break to find a light jacket to wear with a dress for Vday. I found a jacket that I liked. Immediately I reached for the XL out of habit. Silently I was praying that it would fit over my broad should and huge boobs! Well it was too big! I had to try on the L which fit perfectly. And…

Here's my NSV. I've been sick this weekend with a cold. Typically when I am sick I use it as an excuse to snack and veg all day with no portion control/ logging. However this time I made a conscious effort to log everything that I ate or drank. I stayed within my calories and took a bubble bath then went to bed!
