Hi Hollie I've also come back after gaining everything plus more.

I think it's all to do with your mind set. Reading your story is just like my own. Start... fail... Start... fail... Start... I joined Biggest Loser Challenge on MFP and that kept me accountable for a while... until I fail again... but I seem to keep going back to them... I also set myself fitness goals, so this year was…

That sounds amazing!

today I managed to run 12 miles which is amazing for me! And it wasn't flat terrain either! The first 2 miles was all up hill on a 6% gradient. I'm thrilled!
-
Are you going to do an August challenge?
-
I did the c25k app... but didn't really follow it. It gave me a good motivation to get started and gave me a buzz to keep pushing myself. I'm now training for a half marathon. Good luck. X

I've seen one training plan that asks you to complete 90 minutes of running and that's the max it asked for. I'm in training at the moment. I started at 5 miles and added a mile on each week. I'm up to 11 miles with 7 wks to go. If you could get to 90 minutes, that might be alright for you. I'm no expert, nor do I pretend…

I always wanted to get a boob job when i was younger. Once i had kids, they grew and so did my weight. I was worried about losing my boobs when losing weight since i was so used to having them now. My boobs did go down and I'm so glad they did. I fit perfectly into tops and dresses and they don't get in the way when…

Nope. They tend to be for USA residents so even when I complete the challenge, I wouldn't be in the draw to win. Obviously, some are open for global participants. I'm also curious to see any winners... exciting times!

I'm 5'7, SW 238 CW 167 the pictures at the top were taken a year apart.

If you open up my fitness pal from your internet browser (eg. Press the Google tab) and then enter the community area from there instead of through the app, you should be able to see a little camera symbol above the text box. Press that. If you want to upload a picture, go to documents. I hope that helps.

That's amazing! Well done!

My start weight was around 17 stone (238lbs) and the top 2 pictures were taken exactly a year apart. I've not lost a lot since then but I've noticed a change in body shape rather than lbs on the scales. I'm sitting at around 11st 10lbs (164lbs) at the moment with a the aim of getting to 11 stone (154lbs).
-
You have done really well. I started at 17 stone, now at 11st 10lbs. I'm only trying to get to 11 stone as I'm 5'7" and I think any lower would make me look too thin. I managed to get to 11st 2lbs last year but have managed to put a bit back on. Maintenance is going to be hard for me. Very proud of you for getting to where…
-
I'm sorry about your loss. It always scary thinking that that could be us next. Good luck in your journey.
-
I'm not quite at goal yet, but I'll post this for now. SW 238 CW 164 GW 150 The top picture was exactly a year apart.
