How are my night shifters doing out there? I've got 45 more pounds to go. This logging every bite of food is getting so old but is the only way to make yourself accountable. I can honestly say I was astounded at the amount of calories I was consuming through mindless eating.

I'm in the same boat here! It's so hard because sometimes your eating on the run and shoveling garbage in your mouth just to quite the rumbling.

Congratulations on such an awesome weight loss! That is truly inspiring. I'm so impressed with people that can be that diligent for that long. Your right with some planning it is possible. I tend to buy a lot of prepackaged foods simply for convenience and you know exactly how many calories your putting in your mouth.

It is extremely hard to stay on track at night. Your food choices are limited. Co workers are always ordering out which tempts you and so you eat like crap then go home and sleep while your body concerts all those extra calories to adipose tissue :-) a lot of times I eat when we are slow or to stay awake which is a very…

Yea the habits are hard to break. Even when I'm off I continue to stay up until the wee hours of the morning and graze all night. Lol!!
