No I'm 138.6 right now. The dvd says you can lose 20 pounds in a month so I figured it was doable. Lol I just want to lose a little belly fat and get toned as fast as possible. now I feel really silly. But thanks guys for the advice it is greatly appreciated.

Well I'm doing yoga in the morning and 30 day shred at night. I'm also staying in a range of 1200-1300 calories. I hope I see results!

I have a Facebook friend who did it and had great results. And yes I absolutely agree with you but it also helps to lose weight when you are getting enough vitamins and proteins in your system. That's why I asked lol cause it sounds like it could give results. But then again everyone thought garçinia combogia was a God…

I've been doing around 1200 calories a day for the past week. So I it makes a difference. I'm always feeding an 11 month old so I'm not sure if I'm eating enough. Also just started clean eating no processed foods or sugar
