I am going to second Powerbeats 3. They are like $135 and charge lasts for a long time. I think 12 hours. Sound is great and they hook over your ear. I really like beach body on demand. I am currently doing turbo fire with some 21 day fix and some P90. And they just added this shift shop that I did the other day. I probably should just do one program and stick with it but I have been jumping around a lot. But never did the shakes so no advice there.

BOD - You can get a chromecast and 'cast' it from your app on your phone to your tv as long as you have a USB on your tv. Cost $35. Or you can get a Fire stick or one of those other devices. That's a good idea. See how much is lost on total and take a percentage of the after weight. And kids don't think you use algebra in real life.

I did weigh it after. I don't eat that stuff that often but I make a big batch. I'm going to have to weigh and count before I put in. And then not allow my children to steal my onion rings since I already counted them!!! That's a pain. Thanks

I usually prefer drinking on a snow day. But trying to cut out for a while. Instead I cleaned, undecorated, made a stew in the slow cooker and ran on my treadmill. Feeling pretty good.

I've seen like 5 of these in past day. Anyway since someone has been waiting years for my response I would say I could run 10 if i wanted to but I rarely like to go beyond an hour. A nice 5 miler through trails on a weekend is a nice workout and I can function the rest of the day. During the week usually 3 miles.

I get really hungry at ovulation. And sometimes falter and usually gain even if I don't. But it does chill a few days later and goes back down. I actually don't have this issue at TOM. Being a chick is so much fun sometimes!! It will pass. Stay on track.

Turkey chili has been my go-to lunch for a while. I make big batches, weigh 10 oz and freeze it. I will have some oyster crackers but that's about it. I am full for hours.

Chantix. And coming to grips in my mind that I could never have another cigarette for the rest of my life. Not even while drinking with the girls. I also took up running to offset the weight gain and loved how my lungs felt and how fast I was getting. That was 7 years ago. Good luck! Hardest thing to give up.
