Did my first half (13.1 miles) last Sunday.0

The most I've ever run was a bit over 7 (while training for a 5K). The most I've run recently was 4 miles but I haven't run much since my last race in November. Right now maybe 1.5-2 miles if it's flat. I really need to build my stamina back up; I've been prioritizing strength training the last few months and also had a back injury that sidelined me for most of February.0

I've done half marathons before, but then gained back weight. In my current weight loss period (past 7 months) my long runs have creeped up to 10 miles @ 930 pace.0

I've never personally measured the distance, but by the time I make it to the bench press from the door im usually pretty winded.0

What is this running thing you speak of?0

Stopped running (sad face)0

The longest was 11 miles. That was rough. I was in pain for days. I usually go for 2-3 miles at a time.0

Most I've ever done is a little over 6 miles0

I am not sure. I love to run and once I find my breath and my rhythm I feel like I could run forever0

Jus over 50 miles. Have a couple more lined up for this year0

That depends entirely on what is chasing me...0

This is a great thread! Love to see where people are at in their fitness goals. I'm training marathon and right now I've worked up to 4 miles at 10:45 min/miles Gettin' there0

I've seen like 5 of these in past day.
Anyway since someone has been waiting years for my response I would say I could run 10 if i wanted to but I rarely like to go beyond an hour. A nice 5 miler through trails on a weekend is a nice workout and I can function the rest of the day. During the week usually 3 miles.

Oh. Ok, 5 miles then. The slow sustainable jog, silly little prancing steps. It doesn't feel like running, and takes me more than 11 minutes to go each mile. Slower than my fastest walking pace, but I don't think I could speed walk 5 miles, the jog is more efficient.0 -
If taking small walking breaks still counts, then I ran just under 5 miles yesterday on a dirt path in the woods. It took an hour and 20 min and I was spent!0
