I had lost 160 lbs only to gain back 30 since Thanksgiving. I am now working hard again to get that back off plus 10 more to hit my goal. I have continued to weight lift and know I have more muscle but not 30 lbs more. I had started eating junk and it shows.

I lift and have been keto for a year. You do not need carbs, I also do long distance cycling and do not add carbs for that. Let your body burn fat for fuel.

I am up to 30 miles cycling @ 13mph which is my best ever, and do this fasted. I cant believe how much engergy this gives us.
