Hello. I'm a returning member and finally claiming my health and body back! I am a mom of a crazy 3 yr old and it's sad that I can barely keep up with her. ( non serious health conditions but they slow me down) I believe once I start taking everything seriously I can get back to the way i was 10 years ago! I'm looking for friends who are motivational and willing to share their journey with me
