I have not been active here, got transferred to Nashville for 5 months and was not good for my weight loss journey. To much nightlife for sure. I am back in St Louis and still lifting but need to get the wight back off I put on while on an extended vacation.

Keto is working for me! (Pics)
I have worked hard for 4 years and after stalling for 6 months tried Keto, it works and am in the best shape of my life. I can do more, lift more cycle more and eating is under control.

I am in a great place right now, getting stronger every day and feeling so much younger. I will soon just be working on gaining muscle.

I am still losing, although very slowly because I am adding muscle and transforming my body. Feeling younger and fantastic.

Started just counting calories and getting off the couch. Picked up cycling and later weightlifting and loving it. I am now on Keto and its going fantastic.

Keto Life :)
Is anyone else cruising through the Thanksgiving season with out cheating and not even craving sweets. I have made it through the first few festivities and not even tempted. I have been doing Keto and lifting and things are going great. Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and weekend.

Looking for motivation and encouragement.
I have lost 100lbs over the past few years, well had lost 130 and put 30 back on. I started lifting a year ago and although can feel my body changing, also put back on 30 lbs. Juicing to lose 30 lbs by Jan 1st.
I am planning on doing a juice cleanse and intermittent fasting along with cardio to drop 30 lbs before the first of the year. Headphone Suggestions
I need new headphones for the gym and have no luck with in ear ear buds. Not sure how important blue tooth is but may be nice but not wanting to spend over $200. What do you suggest.

Protein powder at work?
I am having a hard time getting all my protein, and mid-week chicken breast starts to get real old and I just can not eat fish. Wondering if there is a way to mix protein powder and save it in the fridge, or should I just buy the premixed protein for work.

Is anyone splurging this weekend?
This is the perfect New Years Eve this year, on a Saturday night, Sunday is New Years Day so you can get rid of the left overs. Monday clean start. I am not going crazy but will be fine with just maintaining over the weekend and will still be down from Christmas Day.

Using the IIFYM calculator you need to enter how many minutes you exercise a week including cardio.
