Career and fitness?
Has anyone changed careers, or taken a less paying job for the sake of fitness? I may have a chance to get back into the finance business but it is 12+ hours a day mostly behind a desk. I am not sure its worth the extra money for what it will do to my fitness.

Changing things up.
I can't believe how sore I am today. I have been doing lots of cardio over the last year but yesterday switched to weightlifting and riding my bike instead of elliptical. No more time spent but obviously working different muscles in different ways and I can tell.

Lack of family support.
How many are doing this without the help of spouse or family. It was a challenge for me at first but now in a zone that I can resist the temptations and keep focussed but for years was such a challenge.
