Ive got about 16-20lb left to drop before my wedding in september next year. Sounds do-able but with xmas coming up and birthdays next year its going to be harder to keep at the exercise and healthy eating!

Thanks for making a group hun to support everyone. It's hard to stay active on my thread now as I literally have no problems staying away from alcohol with number 3 on the way. I support everyone on this group who is trying to cut down on their alcohol. I hope this will remain active in months to come as I will be back…

Thanks hun. This is my third pregnancy so I'm really hoping it will be pretty straightforward like my other two. I craved snickers bar in both pregnancy's.... Not the healthiest of things haha.

I've moved onto alcohol free beer haha. Not quite as amazing as real beer but it is my treat these days!

Haha yes I'm 26. First kid at 21, 2nd at 24 and I'll still me 26 with my 3rd. No more after this lol. We don't get any Sun in England so the crap weather has kept my youth lmao.

I agree that the first week is hardest! If I didn't start this thread I'd be upset that I can't drink for 9 months but I'm actually not that fussed this time round haha. I missed it so much when I was pregnant with my other 2 kiddies. Bring on this pregnancy!! Lol

Tomorrow is a new day. Everyone slips up now and again but there's no point dwelling on a bad day, instead just think "I'm going to push myself harder tomorrow to make up for the bad day". Don't forget hun you started working out and eating better for a reason, don't forget why you're on here <3

There are no strict rules to not drink Monday to Friday sweetie, do what you're comfortable with :). As long as you know yourself that your putting in the efforts to drink a little less than you used to then your doing great ❤

I'm also on day 41 of starting over. I joined in January but ended up causing damage to my knees from pushing my exercises too much then just completely packed everything in. I'm so much more confident this time round to keep at it and not see myself on a diet but instead making a lifestyle change. I'll add you :)

I'm also in the 10lb by Halloween challenge :) . I think by cutting out all those calories we go through by drinking alcohol we will definitely see the scales go down that little extra.

I literally just said to my fiance I want to lose quite a bit of weight before Halloween so this is perfect! I'm 132lbs as off today. If I can get to 122lbs by the 31st of October I would of lost a stone and 2 pounds. Definitely ready for this challenge!

I did have a single shot of rum on the rocks on Monday but I needed it! Stressed was an understatement. Apart from that I'm doing good! Cutting it out completely till the 1st of October as I'm trying to lose a few extra pounds and know if I drink any alcohol I won't reach my goal. I may even just cut it out altogether…
