Ask your doctor about how many more calories you should be eating at each stage, as far as working out, you can probably continue your normal routine for a while. Once it gets unforgettable, stick with upper body resistance training and low impact cardio (like walking uphill), but again, talk your you Dr. about everything before you start.

Congratulations btw hun!0 -
Ah Thankyou ladies
the doctor said I'd be ok to Continue tho I would have to change a few exercises, like taking intense cardio out and replace for more strength . Thankyou Laura that's really helpful xx 0 -
Congrats! That is what happened to me. I did the recumbent bicycle. Usually if you are at a healthy weight it is between 25-35 lbs. I wouldn't worry too much. If you are going to breastfeed it comes right off.0

Congratz
That happened to me in 2013. I was about 6 months into using MFP and still had another 40 lbs to get to my goal when I found out I was pregnant.
I did gain some weight (about 40 lbs), but was able to lose it all by around 5 or 6 months postpartum.
Don't worry too much about it. Try to stay active (I failed at this when I got to the third trimester).0
