I'm restarting this. Need some mfp friends to keep me motivated with tracking.
If you are a female, looking to lose 20 pounds or so, I'm your gal.

    Well....I started out wanting to lose 15 (first goal) then 5 more if i got the 15 off, last time I was on scale I had lost 8 (In 100 das :()....but.....I have not done so well the last couple weeks so I am afraid to get on the scale. My point....I have weight to lose and need support too.......I'M IN!

    I'm a mother of 19 month old twins and I need to loose the remaining baby weight. My goal is 20 to 30 depending on how it looks on me. I tend to measure by clothing size rather than pounds at times because I love lifting weights and tend to weigh more( pre pregnancy weight was 167-170 lbs and I wore a size 8 and some 10 depending on cut) So anyways I wold love the support as a well because my down fall is snacking with my toddlers...lol

    @Bbeliever215 In this phasecin my life i began understanding the importance of strength training aswell. I personally decided to pull back a little and focus more on cardio for now for reason u stated but I love how its reshaping my body

    Mum of twins here! Say hello to my saggy c-section stomach !! Lost 3st got another 1 maybe 2 stone at a push too lose, I'm back on it after a few months off was diagnosed with endometriosis and have really struggled with it, apparently healthy eating and exercise are supposed to help with the symptoms so here goes!!
