If what you are looking for is not there you can always create that exercise. Also make sure you are under the correct category. If you are looking for anything that has to do with strength training you will not find it under cardio.

Hi I'm 46 and have put back 14 lbs it is a struggle, but with help I know I can get back to where I am happy. I would love to add all of you to my friends, but don't know how. Still new to posting on MFP even though I've used it for almost 2 years.

Trying to wrap my head around this challenge, just can't seem to get there this month. My trainer/Coach is pushing me HARDER than ever. Hoping at some point I will jump into this challenge.

Who would have thought, still trying to start up with this challenge, but my diet agrees with this challege, had nothing white. So Day 6 I'm good

Forgot to log yesterday, did days 21, 22, 23, 24 ,25, 26, 27 and 28 yesterday. Was not easy, but got caught up. And today completed 29.

Day 19... complete Challenged myself by adding in normal crunches and lifting my head up higher during leg lifts

Day 18 complete... with modifications to Criss-crosses did 30 and 10 normal crunches. I now can feel my abs with everything I do!

Day 17... complete Modified criss-crosses did 30 in place of 9 and added 10 normal crunches.

I made chicken tacos yesterday so good. About 2 lbs of chicken breast (my where frozen), 1 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup taco seasoning. Mix the broth and seasoning together and put on top of chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours. So moist, will definitely make it again.

2 whole eggs, half of a banana, and half a cup of oatmeal. Mix together add some salt, stevia, and cinnamon. Cook as you would a pancake. I cook mine in coconut oil whatever oil is left in the pan I use as syrup. Enjoy!

Day 10 complete @ladyreva78 I know what you mean the other day I had legs with my trainer while holding a 30lb weight, only to do this challenge afterwards. Wound up doing 240 squats. That definitely is not fun!
