Try changing workouts and your diet. Sometimes our bodies need to be switched up. Change is good.

Try to look at the food your eating. Changing up your diet might help. I had to do that. I was consuming to much sodium and carbs.

Ya it's different for sure. Just have to adjust to it. Just have to get into my routine. Once I'm into it I'm usually alright.
