Note- Most calorie counts on apps (including MFP) overestimate your burn- some by alot. So eating back the calories, especially 8 miles worth can start to become noticeably counterproductive. After some research I found that subtracting 1mph off the MFP rate fixes it more or less.

Thanks, I'll check into the Magnesium. Since I'm not really hearing any alarm bells here, I think I'll just reduce a little bit- cut my Saturday run down to a 5K to help with Sunday's half marathons. The amino acid profile of the rice is a little less clear. While the advertised protein is 4.4 grams per cup, the limiting amino acid- lysine will only make 3.1 grams. While I'm fairly certain I'm in the wrong crowd to be asking this, I will anyway- does anybody know how they come up with the 4.4 grams?

Yes I read it several times and understand most of it- but not all. Thanks!.. Having given it a month and not feeling any different, and no strong evidence that the energy will improve, I think I might switch over to straight logging.

Thanks... The weight loss is good too, but I was more curious to see if burning Keytones was better than Glucose. Sounded plausible enough to test. Previously, the things you mentioned- cupcakes and Ice-cream did make it into the house every week or two. So it sounds like 30 days is enough time?

This is bizarre. I had no idea about the sodium obviously. I added it to the diary and removed the sugar column. I hope that's ok. And I set it a 4,000 mg. Is the sodium intake risky for some people?

Thanks! Yeah I noticed the pepperoni salt and figured I won't be buying that again for a while. How did you figure the net carbs? I know it has to do with fiber- but simple subtraction would equal 36.
