Update* 4/9-157 4/16- 153 π - I think the significant drop was due to me being bloated last week (PMS π¬). 4/23- 154.5 π okay back to the drawing board, more diligent with logging food. Iβll get there! ππ½ 4/30- 155.5 π’ I worked very hard this week, not sure why I gained a pound. A bit disappointed. Alrighty, well total loseβ¦

Sep 18: 155 :( AGAIN! I usually lose weight when I put my mind to it, not sure why the scale isnβt moving? Eating less and Iβve added an extra day of intense working out to my normal 3-4 days per week. Not sure what else to do. Hoping next week will be better! At least I didnβt GAIN ;) *knock on wood* Good Luck Everyone!!!β¦

Sep 9: 155 :( Not sure why I gained, I havenβt logged as diligently as I usually do. So, will really step up in that area this week. I honestly love working out, so Iβm guessing itβs the food. Iβd be appreciative of any tips! Thank you!

@kathykrupa297 limiting my alcohol intake to once a week at most! It's tough in the summer with all the social engagements but that's my rule.
