What is everyone doing to help you lose the weight?

I've almost completely cut out alcohol. I'm at around 1200 calories a day when I'm not bike riding and 1650 when I am doing my 14 milers. Let's do this!2 -

I'm joining you a little late... started June at 146 now 144.5. I'm going to be 138 by 1st July ( positive language for positive results...LOL)
Trying not to drink alcohol, but finding it difficult, I have upped my exercise and trying to eat only in 8 hour window.

Where did the time go! I am the exact same weight as I was at the start of the month, 2 big birthday parties and a week working away did not help the cause. But still I feel thinner and when wear my bikini tomorrow (going to the Canaries for THREE weeks!!!) I will do it with confidence... no one really cares about other people's wobbly bits anyway!1

Well I gained 1.8lbs overall in June. But I lost inches on my tummy, thighs, and hips and I gained on my chest and booty. So I'm not horribly upset about it lol. Hope you all are happy with your June progress!1
