I'm in. I'm Chris. 70 years old. Had back surgery last June and hip surgery last month. Used to do 5 miles a day w/DH but I've been grounded for a very, very long time. Getting back to it tho. Weight is going crazy with the shelter in place but I'll get back to that too.

Not happy about the weight gain. Tracking, exercising and drinking my...water, Silly's! At the end of this month the goal is to be at my April goal weight and feel strong. I did hill repeats with my son yesterday at the park reserve. I would have never done that 60 pounds ago! I'm a work in progress.

I am doing very well. I am not sure where you see that I have a 10 pound loss in a week. I have had a 10+ loss for the last 3 months.
I have hit a plateau, not change in numbers for the past week...ugh...but I am staying determined. I will need to make a change to get those numbers moving again.

Mea culpa! I read the dates wrong. I now see it is a month. Still a nice loss, and plateaus happen. You'll get back going in the direction you want. Maybe slower now that you're getting close, and maybe with more pauses because of all the stress many of us are under.
I'm doing as good as can be expected. March wasn't a good month on the scale for me, so I'm trying to focus on getting back on track myself. I'll update in a few days. Until then, stay safe, and keep moving.4 -

I am working from home and getting adjusted to working and working out is taking me a little while to figure out, but I'm getting there.
