FYI: My BF has been back and forth between 33% and 35% for 4 months. My goal is 30% and we will see what happens. I tend to carry my weight around my waist and hips.
I have seen 32% once in March - on my way!

Total loss for April: I am using my March end weight instead of April 1 because April 1 was a BIG day on the scale, and it would kind of exaggerate any loss that I might achieve this month. Looks like I lost a half pound by scale and two tenths by average; more even if I were to go by the April 1 numbers. Stay safe!
Al I can say about that April 1 number is that it wasn't the March 17 number which was HUGE.
