    I am doing very well. I am not sure where you see that I have a 10 pound loss in a week. I have had a 10+ loss for the last 3 months.
    I have hit a plateau, not change in numbers for the past week...ugh...but I am staying determined. I will need to make a change to get those numbers moving again.

    Mea culpa! I read the dates wrong. I now see it is a month. Still a nice loss, and plateaus happen. You'll get back going in the direction you want. Maybe slower now that you're getting close, and maybe with more pauses because of all the stress many of us are under.

    I'm doing as good as can be expected. March wasn't a good month on the scale for me, so I'm trying to focus on getting back on track myself. I'll update in a few days. Until then, stay safe, and keep moving.

    *update* Hi Everyone! I’ve put on roughly 10 pounds, I’m finding it difficult to get them off this time around and this group helped a lot a few years ago. Good luck and thanks for the support!

    Moving everyday, some days more then others.

    Vanity Goal- 121 (half my former self)
    Ultimate Goal- maintain under 135 forever.

    Of course 5lbs is nice but this round I just need to put the brakes on the gain and get back under 150.

    4/10- 151.0 not too bad since I had a huge carb spike I’m working off. Now to start working on the very real 3lbs I gained in March.
