    You appear to be having good results by moving up to 2 meals a day. We always have to experiment to see what works best for us as individuals.

    Dawn, it appears that 2 meals give me better results. At the end of April, I'll go back over each day's food diary and see what I come up with. I usually eat according to when I feel hungry. OMAD has not been planned. If I feel hungry by 2pm or 4pm, I eat, so that will be a 2 meal day.

    I'm trying not to be so hard on myself for eating everything in sight this past weekend.

    Working on bringing things back down...

    FYI: My BF has been back and forth between 33% and 35% for 4 months. My goal is 30% and we will see what happens. I tend to carry my weight around my waist and hips.
    I have seen 32% once in March - on my way!

    NOTES - back on IF since yesterday and and I logged all my food. I went over but I’m just happy to have logged everything. I’ve also been dealing with a UTI. I was able to skype with my doctor last night and he prescribed me an antibiotic. Hope this passes soon cause it’s been hell for a couple of days now.
