I've got most of next week off which will be tough too. Does anyone have good tips for staying on track over the holidays??

I'm worried about the winter... Hope everyone else had a good day. Hold strong through the weekend. Patience and consistency are key!

One thing I have done recently is cut out diet soda and soda altogether. My sweet tooth has diminished significantly. Give it a try, I'm sure you can do it! My goal…
