And if you get really desperate... Google Amazon reviews for Haribo Sugar Free Gummy Bears. NSFW!

Coffee. And if you aren't used to coconut oil, throw a bit of that in there, too.

Haha! Right there with you!

I almost had a childish hissy over the scale this morning. PMS water weight + PMS irritability = my inner two year old comes out needing a nap. Luckily I decided to try on my favorite jeans and I can breathe in them again, so I saved my hissy for something trivial - Fifteen minutes later, I clumsily spilled the dog's…

How becoming a member of the lost over 100 pounds club makes me suddenly want to live and eat in such a way that I join the live to be over 100 club.
-
I still have to count calories. However, cheese seems to be my biggest issue (I just like it too much and it's easy to grab a piece out of the fridge rather than cook something). I'm going to finish what I have left and not buy it for awhile, maybe then I won't have to track anymore.

Steak, chuck roast (crock pots are amazing), pork (read the label make sure it's not injected with anything), fish, butter, cheese (watch out for added 'natural flavorings', especially in butter, I've read some posts by people on other forums who have reactions from that). Really it sounds like you need a good ketogenic…

I'm the same way, been craving sugar ever since I can remember and I can eat a grown man under the table and then when he's face planted in the remnants of his cake I can eat him, too. But boiled eggs is one of the few foods I find it hard to overeat.
-
Boiled eggs, of all the fairly portable, lower calorie snacks I've ever eaten, keep me full the longest. Can't say I love them, but they're tolerable with a little chipotle powder on them or dipped in mustard or both.

There are low carb lasagna recipes online. You could try some of those out if it isn't culinary heresy to you.

This scares me. I'm a natural born bundle of stress, and getting rid of this last ten or so pounds is really aggravating me, and I might be just biting myself in the butt with that. I guess I should chill out and have some patience for once.
-
I woke up grumpy this morning, thanks for making me smile! And you look amazing!

Regardless of your weight goals, if you suspect changing some things in your diet will make you feel better (more energetic, for example) and it won't do you harm, why not try it? That said, I'm slamming my head repeatedly into that last ten pounds wall right now and I eat no grain and nothing with added sugar in it and I…

I'm a 'when all the food is gone I start' person. But because I gain weight so fast and lose it so slow, I'm now a 'determined to never gain weight again' person.

I'm on an IF fast day, I think I'll just come back and read this every time I get hungry. Should get me through nicely.
-
Various forms of IF depending on the week, low carb, CICO, and since I ate way too much cheese last night and now feel bleh today, I think I'm going to back to paleo for awhile.
-
I tried this, too. And chia seeds and nutritional yeast. The list grows. I liked Quinoa but it was the same as rice and oatmeal for me, I could just eat the entire box and still be hungry. I also learned that chia seeds mixed with boiling water and a little brewer's yeast make an interesting gravy for sweet potatoes.

I just realized I almost always sit cross legged in chairs. It seems to help my spine. But a good office chair definitely helps!

Grilled portobello mushrooms make interesting hamburger buns.

Total cheese consumption was about 12 oz. A typical small block is 8. Now if I'd eaten the entire block from Costco, I think I'd be dead right now!
-
I have a mug of green tea to the right of my keyboard and a mug of coffee to my left. I just alternate sips.

I get like this, too. But every time I go off my eating plan and get into the cookies and ice cream, I notice I have no energy and I feel really depressed. I don't know if the food affects my mood or if going off my eating plan did it, and I don't care, I just know I feel better about everything overall when I don't cave…

I do low carb and IF together. Sometimes IF ADF, sometimes 5:2, and sometimes I just eat once a day. The low carb makes the IF much easier. I found it pretty impossible before.
-
I ate a block and a half of cheese yesterday. I was thinking about banishing the stuff from the fridge for a few weeks. When I run out of what little is left, I guess I will.
-
Sun dried tomatoes and sweet potatoes. Also almonds (and raw nuts and seeds in general instead of roasted, salted ones). I never used to like almonds and I'd avoid them in prepackaged trailmix, now I love them. Unfortunately, I can eat too much of all of these foods.

Haha Look up soylent, actually. A company is marketing it. It's a complete meal replacement formula for about ten dollars a day. I actually applaud their motives and I enjoy reading the DIY recipes various people have come up with. That said, researchers still don't know enough about what we really need to consume for…

That's one thing the rich can keep! I have a thing about bugs. They come in the house, I capture them unharmed and put them out. Even the sight of a dead one grosses me out.
-
Same here. I didn't get ill as vegan, I felt really great, but at some point my appetite turned insane and I found myself eating sweet potatoes by the pound. Being fat is not being healthy, so I went back to eating meat. For now, anyway. But this new official comment does seriously worry me. Because meat is heavily…

That's how I am with my Adderall. And was with ephedra (except when I got stupid with ephedra and used it to crash diet instead of losing slowly). Guess which one I used to be able to get and which one I can't afford anymore? Stupid lobbyists and meth makers.
