I've found the App Sworkit super great for bodyweight, dumbell, and kettlebell workouts. They are in 30 second increments so it goes pretty quickly, you can make custom workouts, and once you get the hang of the moves, you can turn the sound down and watch something on Netflix while you do it. As a kid I would put buttered popcorn into a mug of hot chocolate and eat it with a spoon. Not sure if it would still be tasty but I loooooved the heck out of it.

I usually just create the recipe for the marinade and then once I go to cook the food-stuff, just measure what is left of the marinade and subtract to get the portion that was used.

I use them all the time. Like a lot of the previous posters, I mix them with regular eggs or use them in recipes (not baking) which call for eggs as a binder. When they are on sale I buy lots because they freeze well. Just pop into the fridge to defrost over night!

I make a big batch of steel cut oats ones a week and then just microwave them in the morning with some frozen berries and almond milk, or if I'm feeling creative I will cube and fry an apple with cinnamon and nutmeg to put on top. Or, if I have been really good at food prep, I'll have a batch of frozen egg fritatta muffins…
